VLP generates yield by providing SOL liquidity to LST holders and stakers seeking immediate exit rather than waiting through Solana’s unstaking period.
Those users pay a fee for access to that liquidity, which is distributed to VLP depositors.
The yield mechanism is relatively straightforward, while the strategy remains underfollowed, as reflected by its current TVL.
