Perfect example of a coach thats mega good but goes unnoticed because of poor scouting done especially when it comes to hiring coaches. One of my favourites to work with, great personality, game knowledge and work ethic constantly bringing examples from LCK/LPL. Underrated gem!

I was consistently impressed by Yong professionalism, dedication, and work ethic He approached every task with the same level of commitment, whether it involved preparation, analysis, team discussions, or supporting the players behind the scenes He was always reliable, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile to help the team improve Every player who worked with him spoke highly of him, not only because of his knowledge and competence, but also because of the way he built trust and maintained strong relationships within the team Yong has always been someone the players could rely on, both professionally and personally, and his impact was felt far beyond his official responsibilities He’s also a walking LoL encyclopedia, equally strong at team play and individual work with his laners ( he’ll know aswel every details about the game or useless champions interactions lol) He always finds the right words to refocus a discussion or bring a fresh perspective on the game.
