Whether it was meeting you in-person at events, troubleshooting issues with you online, talking to you on broadcasts, checking out your Forge creations, or sharing your constructive criticism to push for change - I truly loved it. Your voices have helped shape the best aspects of our games. Without each of you, Halo would not be the same. To my teammates. Thank you for always hearing me out and letting me push for more. Whether I was asking your team to make a pivot or fix one more bug before a release, you all trusted that it would be the right call. Collaborating with so many bright people across nearly every discipline was such a unique and rewarding part of this role. It was also an honor to have your support while leading the Gameplay Team for the last two years of Halo Infinite. I was humbled - but not the least bit surprised - that so many of you rallied to ship impactful features and community-requested updates, which ultimately brought the game to a great place for our players. Your talent and dedication never ceased to amaze, and it pushed me to do better every day. I will always be grateful for your partnership, mentorship, and friendship.
