Thought crypto was just Bitcoin, Ethereum, and meme coins? There’s way more: from instant money transfers across borders to digital versions of the cash you use every day. On this channel, we’ll explore and share facts together — no hype, no financial advice, no clickbait. I’m 39, I’ve spent years building businesses, and last 3 years I was researching blockchain. I’m here to get to the heart of how this all works while leaving the TikTok hype to the kids. In each post, you’ll get one clear story, a real example, or an easy comparison that shows digital money in action. Please, follow now, and in the next posts we’ll dive into how Europe, Asia, and the U.S. are already testing digital dollars and euros.

How it's possible to peg 1:1 if it's only 1.2 billion oz in the Central Banks reserves vs 100 billion xrp emission?

In my opinion, public and private ledgers must be separated and isolated for privacy reasons. Each bank can mint its own stablecoin on its private ledger and set any desired exchange rate. These unique stablecoins can be used for internal transactions, boosting speed and cutting costs. For interbank transfers, banks can switch to a public ledger (even batching transactions for added privacy) and use XRP as a unified reserve currency. The glitches we observe might be caused by exchange rate discrepancies between internal stablecoins and XRP—especially if some banks label their stablecoins as “USD.” This approach addresses all major concerns: 1.Isolated sandboxes for each bank 2.Legal use of the technology even while the SEC sued Ripple 3.Isolated A/B/N pricing experiments 4.Transaction privacy for each institution 5.Hidden interbank transaction tests without impacting XRP’s market price 6.Time buffer for technical upgrades, giving each player time to prepare for “day X” 7.No scalability issues This method enables each bank to test XRPL internally and be technically ready for a coordinated switch—potentially leading to a major XRP price move.

🏆 Automation Wins. But it can also harm your business. Messy operations? Automating scales the mess. 🚫 Three signs you're not automation-ready: - Employees give varied answers on process execution. - No off-the-shelf solutions fit your case. - No process descriptions.

🛠️ How to fix it? 1. Document current processes. 2. Identify frictions by interviewing employees and customers. 3. Envision the ideal process outcome. 4. Design the future process. 5. Build a basic automation with tools like Zapier or Make. 6. Compare new vs old outcomes.
