Thank you @APCbySchneider, I was able to get my Backup UPS replaced, so 💯/10.
It was actually an easy process to go through. Not sure what happened with the other unit but likely was the charging circuitry fried.
All-in-all, that UPS saved my setup 79 times in 11 months 👏🏻
