Spent some time today talking to FCAT dev. He's a real person, a Swiss banker or something, with a small team of some savvy devs that know their way around smart contracts. They have some plans for how to navigate the liquidity pools on Flare.
So basically, yes, it's a memecoin. BUT there is more to it than just a funny cat that gives you FXRP. Some teasers about what they are cooking - DEX aggregator (kinda big deal) and some talk about how to bring the cat magic back to XRPL mainnet (huge)
