$8,300+ in profits nullified by XM_COM
@XM_COM closed this trader account after the balance grew from approximately $1,123 to $9,425.
XM said the activity involved arbitrage through opposite or coordinated trades with another client, allegedly taking advantage of bonuses, higher leverage or negative-balance protection.
XM listed specific trades as nullified, returned the remaining balance to the original funding source & balance the trader from opening new accounts.
However, the trader says:
→ No detailed evidence linking the trades to another account was provided
→ The exact T&C clause that was breached was not clearly identified
→ Earlier losing trades around major news were accepted without any warning
→ XM own materials indicate that trading around major news is permitted
So, XM_COM:
Can you provide the evidence showing the trader coordinated with another client?
Which exact clause was breached?
And what separates these trades from permitted news trading?
If the violation can't be proven under XM own rules, the trader is asking for the funds to be released.
@XM_COM I need answers regarding rejecting my withdrawal and denial of my profits and closure of my trading accounts.
@XM_COM alleges that I engaged in “opposite” or coordinated trading, but has provided no specific evidence showing how I supposedly did this.
I have traded major news events before and lose money with them. Now that I have made a profit of $9k from a balance of $1k, my profits are suddenly tdenied and account being closed .
If I violated your Terms, show me the specific evidence and exact clause I violated.
I am asking for transparency and the return of my legitimate profit and any funds you cannot establish as invalid.

Was I the only one trading the news, or am I simply one of the victims? Your own website clearly states: “Yes, we do allow trading around major news.” which is what i simply do, anticipate the news spike and trade it. Never did i coordinated sn opposite trades.

A trader has spent more than 12 hours in FundedNext support queue over a payout that remains on hold, even after Trading Ethics confirmed in writing that no compliance interview is required.
The queue position has improved from over 200 to 39, yet the request has already been pending for several days.
This outcome does not match the firm publicly stated 24-hour processing commitment.
The prolonged hold and extended support wait point to internal review and support processes that are failing to deliver the service level advertised once the stated compliance concern was cleared.
A firm that promotes rapid payouts is responsible for ensuring its workflows actually meet that standard.
been in 12+ hours queue for @FundedNext support re. my payout that is on hold, depsite Tradings Ethics emailing there's no need for a compliance interview. Now #39 (from #200+) its absurd that for a firm with a 24 payout guarantee that its been a few days and I'm still in limbo

@the5erstrading froze a trader first payout and locked the account over a $160 request.
The trader submitted a $160.96 crypto withdrawal from a $25K High Stakes funded account Payout ID 2578312, requested 08.06.2026.
The dashboard immediately flagged the request on_hold.
Shortly afterward, Risk Management emailed the trader demanding a recorded 15-20 minute video call about the trading activity.
Until that call is completed, the account remains frozen and no new positions can be opened.
No specific rule breach was cited only a requirement for an interview and a hold on the funds.
This was the trader first payout request on the account.
A routine small withdrawal triggered an account freeze and an interview demand before any money could move.
A trader who clears the evaluation and operates within the stated parameters should not have an initial withdrawal blocked and the account disabled pending a call.
The process turns a straightforward payout into an open-ended review with no clear timeline or stated violation.
The screenshots and email document the sequence.
Firms that advertise funded accounts and payouts need to process compliant withdrawals without first locking the account.
This was my first payout request with The5ers — $160
Unfortunately, the payout was rejected.
This is the proof of my first-ever payout request and the beginning of my journey.
Every rejection taught me something and pushed me to improve. 💪
