ZenaTech has completed the acquisition of Merritt Paul Land Surveying, LLC, a Franklin, Georgia-based land surveying firm. Founded in 2015, Merritt Paul has established a track record of providing surveying services to the solar, transportation, and construction industries, including work for a major national transportation company. The company specializes in utility-scale solar surveys across the U.S. and is licensed to conduct land surveys in 17 states. ZenaTech’s Drone as a Service (@daasplatform) plans to expand its precision-agriculture drone services for farmers in Ireland. The Company received Specific Operations Risk Assessment (SORA) approval from the Irish Aviation Authority (IAA), granted under European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) guidelines.
