The longest stretch by one party in state history. One of our US Senate seats has been Democrat for 16 years. The other for 25 years. Minneapolis hasn't been run by Republicans since 1961. 65 years. St Paul has been governed by a Republican for only 6 years in the last 100. Democrats own every failure of the state. They own the deficit. They own the fraud. They own the growing crime rates. They own the decay.
