Good morning legends ✨️ The most interesting Vangrid feature might eventually be a query Imagine being able to ask infrastructure: “Show me verified observations from this area captured during the last 48 hours.” That sounds much more powerful to me than opening a giant map and manually searching through captures It is also where @vangrid_io appears to be heading with its enterprise Spatial API The documentation describes a spatial query where a client supplies an area of interest and a time window, then receives verified observations matching those conditions The time window is the part I find especially important Traditional geographic queries usually answer: • what exists here? Physical AI increasingly needs: • what was observed here recently? That distinction changes spatial data from a relatively static reference into something closer to a temporal database of the physical world A logistics system might care about today's observations A simulation team might want captures across several months An infrastructure operator could compare different observation periods A robot planning an operation might reject anything older than a certain threshold - Same location. - Different usefulness depending on time This is where the Vangrid thesis becomes much easier for me to picture as infrastructure. A developer should not have to know which contributor captured a place or how the network coordinated the work Eventually they should be able to send a geographic and temporal query and get usable ground truth back That is when the physical world starts becoming machine-queryable
