Clock in. Climb the ranks. Take the CEO seat.

Plot twist: everyone cannot be a manager. And definitely not everyone can be CEO. Clock in puts a cap on the number of badges that can occupy the higher ranks. Once a seat is full, another ordinary promotion won't get you in. You might have the resume. You might have the points. But sometimes, you have to challenge the person already sitting in that chair.

"I've been here for two years. Where's my promotion?" Not so fast, champ. In clock in, time served is only one part of the equation. You need performance points, enough time at your current rank, and the required reinvestment to move up. Basically, showing up is good. Showing results is better. That promotion email won't write itself.
