Tokenizing is Easy: The Real Financial Instrument Challenge "Tokenizing is not the hard part." Juan Mari, CEO of @_Issuant, on what actually stalls a deal: the fragmented lifecycle of creating the financial instrument itself. Private placement, convertible note, commercial paper, it's the same story, and one private placement can still cost $17,000 before anything reaches a chain. That's what the Brickken and Issuant partnership is built to remove. Brickken handles tokenization and cap table management. Issuant handles the structuring.

Security should not enter the conversation days before a tokenized offering goes live. It should be built into the journey from day one. We’re pleased to share that QuillAudits is joining @_Issuant OS to support secure tokenized asset issuance. Issuant OS brings the workflows required to structure, issue and operate offerings into one system. With QuillAudits available through its service provider ecosystem, issuers can access adversarial smart contract audits, economic and logic testing, dApp and infrastructure assessments, incident response and continuous on-chain monitoring when needed. Why does this matter? Finding the right security team should not slow down an issuer’s launch. This collaboration gives teams a clearer path from architecture and issuance to post-launch operations, with security expertise available throughout the process. We’re excited to work with the Issuant team and help issuers reduce technical risk at every stage of a tokenized offering.

QuillAudits Joins the Issuant OS : Issuant today announces that @QuillAudits_AI joins the Issuant OS to Support Secure Tokenized Asset Issuance.   Why this matters Every provider onboarded into the Issuant OS has been vetted to operate inside a live offering, so issuers aren't starting from a cold search. Adding QuillAudits means one more proven, issuer-ready partner is available the moment it's needed and one less decision an issuer has to de-risk alone. Quotes “Bringing QuillAudits onto Issuant OS is one more step toward fixing the fragmented lifecycle of financial instrument creation. Security review has always been a separate, disconnected step for issuers this puts it directly into the same workflow where the instrument is actually being structured and issued.” — Juan Mari CEO, Issuant "We see a strong shared opportunity to make security native to the issuer journey, rather than treating it as a final-stage checkpoint. By making QuillAudits available through Issuant OS, issuers can access adversarial smart contract review and continuous monitoring alongside the workflows they use to structure, issue and operate tokenized offerings.” — @raopreetam_ , Co-founder and CEO, QuillAudits   About Issuant Issuant is the operating system for offerings and entities. Headquartered in US and built under U.S. regulatory frameworks, Issuant lets companies structure, issue, and manage offerings or entities then make them programmable and controllable from a single dashboard through tokenization. Tokenization: The Future of Finance & Self-Execution If you're tokenizing for liquidity, Juan Mari's advice is to wait a few years. If you're tokenizing for self-execution and control over the instrument, that's available now, and what it actually buys you is de-risked capital. @_Issuant has already seen a lender refuse to fund a deal unless the asset was tokenized. His expectation is that this becomes as routine as forming an LLC. Watch the full session: piped.video/live/R6WiklFD9Q4

DLT Law Joins the Issuant OS as a Legal Provider Issuant today announces that @dltlaw_ , a leading legal and regulatory firm, has been onboarded into the Issuant OS. Issuers can now discover, assign, and collaborate with DLT Law directly inside their offering and entity workflows. No disconnected tools, no handoffs, no leaving the platform. Why this matters Every provider onboarded into the Issuant OS has been vetted to operate inside a live offering, so issuers aren't starting from a cold search. Adding DLT Law means one more proven, issuer ready partner is available the moment it's needed, and one less decision an issuer has to de-risk alone. What it unlocks for issuers Issuers building on Issuant can now engage with DLT Law for legal structuring, regulatory positioning, and launch strategy without ever leaving their offering workflow. That means legal guidance that arrives at the point of decision rather than after it: entity and offering structures pressure tested before they're built, regulatory positioning settled early across the jurisdictions an issuer actually intends to reach, and a cleaner record across the full offering lifecycle. For DLT Law, it means meeting issuers exactly where the work happens, inside the system already managing the offering. Quotes "Tokenizing an asset is simple and fast. The complication sits in the fragmented lifecycle of an offering or instrument. That's what our OS addresses." — Juan Mari, CEO, Issuant "Tokenization projects live or die on how well the legal and regulatory groundwork is laid. Issuant is building the infrastructure issuers need, and we bring the legal and regulatory layer that makes it work in practice." — Yarden Noy, Partner, DLT Law About Issuant Issuant is the operating system for offerings and entities. Tokenized Loans: The Future of Collateral Explained Why would a lender accept collateral on paper? If the borrower defaults, recovering it means the governing law of the agreement, your lawyer, their lawyer, and an argument. Juan Mari, CEO of @_Issuant , on why private credit moves first: when recovery is built into the instrument, the lender clicks a button. His view: you won't get the loan unless the instrument is tokenized. Watch the full session: piped.video/watch?v=R6WiklFD…

"Tokenizing is not the hard part." That's Juan Mari, CEO of @_Issuant , in our latest webinar on opening the US market to real-world asset capital. What still stalls deals is the fragmented lifecycle of creating the financial instrument itself. Private placement, convertible note, commercial paper, all of it runs across separate lawyers, filings and templates that don't connect. One private placement alone can cost around $17,000 before anything touches a chain. The conversation covered where that leaves issuers today: • Why 99% of tokenized instruments are securities, and why that's manageable rather than alarming • UCC Article 12, now adopted in roughly 33 states, where control of the wallet establishes ownership • Why liquidity is the wrong reason to tokenize right now, and control and self-execution are the right ones • Why private credit moves first, with lenders already refusing to fund deals unless the asset is tokenized • The Latin America to US corridor, where capital costs 20% or more largely because the transaction reads as risky His closing point was about language rather than technology: the instruments being tokenized are ones institutions have understood for decades, and inventing new words for them makes adoption harder, not easier. Tokenizing an asset does not automatically give it a path to US investors. That gap is easy to overlook. An issuer can have the technology to create and manage a tokenized financial instrument, but still need a separate regulatory structure to distribute it in the US. That is where the @Brickken x @_Issuant partnership makes sense. Brickken handles the infrastructure side: issuance, compliance execution, investor onboarding, document workflows, and lifecycle management. Issuant brings the US regulatory layer, including broker dealer and registered investment advisor capability. Two different problems, now connected through one engagement. For European issuers looking toward the US market, this can remove a major layer of coordination. Tokenization creates the asset. Distribution gets it where it needs to go. @Brickken is connecting both sides.

Brickken is making a pretty interesting move into the US 🇺🇸 they just partnered with @_Issuant to bring together Brickken’s tokenization + compliance infrastructure with Issuant’s US broker-dealer + RIA capabilities basically connecting the tech side of tokenized assets with the regulated side of accessing the US market and honestly this is where rwa gets interesting tokenizing an asset is one thing making it compliant, legally structured and actually accessible to investors is another @Brickken seems to be leaning harder into that side of the market. while also pushing its vision around agentic capital markets US market is a big one this could open some interesting doors for Brickken

We are partnering with @_Issuant to give institutions a clear and efficient route into the US market Tokenizing an asset and distributing it compliantly in the US are two different paths. Most providers solve one and leave the client to find the other. This partnership closes that gap. Brickken provides the tokenization infrastructure for issuance, compliance execution, investor onboarding, and lifecycle management while Issuant provides the US regulatory layer, including broker-dealer and registered investment advisor capability. For a European issuer looking at US distribution, or a US client that needs both the technical and regulatory side handled, that means one engagement instead of two separate procurement processes.
