Collaboration is not a message. It is a way of working.
One of the strongest messages from the
#SOLTIYoung European Workshop was the value of working together: not only to share ideas, but to challenge them, refine them and look at clinical questions from different perspectives.
Across the working groups, participants focused on luminal, HER2+ and triple-negative breast cancer, bringing together different backgrounds, countries and cooperative research cultures around common clinical challenges.
Some key learnings emerged from this collaborative process:
▪️ A clinical question becomes stronger when it is discussed from different points of view.
▪️ Working in groups helps transform individual perspectives into more structured research thinking.
▪️ International collaboration brings broader context to challenges that are often shared across countries.
▪️ Young investigators need spaces where they can actively contribute, not only observe.
Because academic research does not move forward through isolated efforts. It grows when people, expertise and perspectives come together with a shared purpose.
