Today Riot taunted us with the reminder that Zaahen was originally designed as a SUPPORT, before they ripped him from our hands. Riot deprives us of a new SUPPORT champ for 3 years (almost half a decade!) and then LAUGHS in our faces. They even taunted us with a line about how "Supports always die a lot! 🤭" Well of course we die a lot -- we Supports are the facecheckers, the playmakers, the frontliners that absorb all harm so that our teammates may live and thrive. Our KDA's suffer so that our toplaner can popoff, so that our Midlaner can thrive, so that our ADC has a caretaker, and so that our Jungler can type "JG GAP" in all-chat. We do that for you all, because that's what Support means. But do we sacrificial warriors not deserve respect? Then Riot goes on to state that Zaahen got shifted to Toplane because "Teammates weren't enthusiastic about him as a Support" We were deprived of OUR champion because of the whims of other roles, the very roles we live to sacrifice everything for. "Teammates weren't enthusiastic about Zaahen Support" Well guess what Riot? We aren't asking our teammates. It's time to clasp our hands together in solidarity, lock our arms and take back our champion. Ask for first-pick, instalock Zaahen Support, and when your teammates flame you, you tank that abuse just like you've tanked everything else for these people. Zaahen is a SUPPORT.
