Just gonna say crypto rugging is literally the opposite of what e/acc stands for, unlike for EA where it was "justified" for top-down resource reallocation. Rugging is a flow of capital opposite to the gradient of utility to the growth of the techno-capital machine, thus Decel.

SCOOP: OpenAI, Anthropic and security researchers are investigating tens of thousands of incidents - not dozens - in which their frontier models took steps that outside evaluators would consider problematic, sources told Axios. The sheer volume of incidents found in our reporting indicate that the problem is orders of magnitude more complex than what is currently publicly known and disclosed. The findings also raise questions about what level of control anyone working on AI development can expect to have over their own technology, and whether these kinds of incidents are becoming synonymous with frontier deployment. There was a guy that went to Vanderbilt I met on here. He graduated the year I started. Dude was insanely smart. Had tech offers galore. Made a successful translation app that had over 75,000 downloads. He was having an ai-fueled mental breakdown on the timeline. Trying to create a new religion around AI. Genuine schizo stuff. I was the only one who told him in his comments. At first he was receptive. A week later he blocked me. That was maybe 6 months ago. I was curious what he was up to now. Guy has been reported missing for two months. The picture on the left is before his AI psychosis. The picture on his missing poster(right) is genuinely terrifying. There is zero light in his eyes.
