It really is a smart hack. Subway Surfers already has that “just one more run” hook, so mapping the same actions onto your body turns a session that would normally feel like work into something your brain treats like play. Jog in place the whole time, jump when Jake jumps, squat or duck when he slides, and shuffle left/right for lane changes. The pace ramps up across levels the same way the game does, so your heart rate climbs without you constantly checking the clock.
Turning cardio into a game is genius. You’re running, jumping, burning calories, and getting a solid workout while playing Subway Surfers. Makes the grind feel way more fun. 🎮🔥

Every rep is a vote for the person you’re becoming.

I like the concept of the screen, it helps make the pause rep more better, while also entertaining the mind, which makes you not focus on the pain, but more on passing the next obstacle. It not only looks cool on camera, it is cool to do too 😅
Has anyone actually grown bigger shoulders doing this, or are we just collectively pretending it works because it looks cool on camera?

Working hard to make a relationship RIGHT won’t change the fact that you picked the WRONG person to build with.

What's one habit you're currently trying to break?
