Looking for someone preferably who ideally fits the following criteria :
1. Has reverse engineering / web security experience (good to have)
2. Has 1–5 years of software engineering experience, ideally backend / platform
3. Has CTF experience (good to have)
4. High agency - you genuinely enjoy figuring out how things work and breaking them
5. Has cloud experience and is comfortable owning deployments end-to-end
6. Comfortable talking to customers
