Congratulations to our partner @blockchain. Bringing @NYSE equities and ETFs onchain with 24/7 access opens markets to a lot of people who've been shut out by time zones and intermediaries. Excited to see where this goes.
We're excited to announce our partnership with @NYSE to bring 24/7 access to tokenized U.S. equities and ETFs to users around the world. Another win toward making markets more globally accessible.

Most people in tokenization learned crypto first and finance second. Our CEO went the other way: emerging-markets structured products, then a Swiss crypto fund in 2017, then $66B+ in network value across tier-one token launches. Now real-world assets, and a Nasdaq path with VerifyMe. Matthew Shaw traded and created complex structured products in emerging-markets fixed income, and co-founded a joint-venture boutique investment bank that pioneered new structures in Russian and Central and Eastern European financial markets. In 2017 he founded Protos Asset Management, a Swiss crypto fund manager that issued the third-ever security token. That order of operations is the thesis. Tokenization is a structuring problem before it is a distribution problem: what the asset is, who services it, how the cash flow is contracted. It shows up in the work. OpenWorld was Web3 advisor on Heritage Distilling's $360M $IP token reserve strategy with the Story Foundation, coordinating stakeholders across Wall Street, crypto exchanges, traditional banks, institutional investors and regulatory frameworks. And we worked with partners in the Kingdom to launch Saudi Arabia's first RWA Tokenization Center of Excellence in Al Khobar, aimed at energy infrastructure, real estate and carbon markets, aligned with Vision 2030.

Exciting progress as we approach the September 24 shareholder vote. The proposed charter amendments, subject to and conditioned upon the consummation of the merger, would authorize a new class of Blockchain Common Stock, providing the mechanism to make the combined company's equity available on @Figure OPEN alongside its Nasdaq listing. With the tokenized asset market projected to reach $5.5T by 2030, we believe pairing our Nasdaq listing with Figure OPEN's extended trading hours will position us to participate in the shift toward more continuous and globally accessible markets, offering shareholders greater flexibility, transparency, and access to decentralized lending.
Another important step forward for @_openworld as we approach the September 24 shareholder vote. We look forward to VRME shareholders reviewing the added on-chain benefits that would be available through @Figure OPEN. More here: businesswire.com/news/home/2…

Financial assets have led, and that groundwork opens the door for real-world assets with real cash flow to follow onto the same infrastructure. Still early, and plenty left to build.
Everyone should be able to access high-quality financial assets, wherever they live. That's what tokenization unlocks: taking the best of US capital markets and making them available on a global scale. The industry is still small compared with global finance, but the advantages are becoming harder to ignore. Traditional market infrastructure was built around fixed hours, closed networks and layers of intermediaries. It was never designed for 24/7 execution, programmable assets, composability or self-custody. The needs of investors have moved faster than the rails underneath them. We're working to change that. What gives me confidence is seeing how many different people are now pushing this industry forward. Founders are building new products, LPs are bringing liquidity, traders are finding new uses, and infrastructure teams are making the whole thing work. It's a privilege to be in the trenches with all of you. We are still early, and there is a huge amount left to build. It will also take time and effort for the old guard to get onboard. This is worth fighting for.

Big step forward for the industry. Clearer rules, defined pathways, and a real path to operate transparently.
With our new proposal, the SEC is taking the most historic step yet to modernize federal securities regulations for crypto assets. As the Crypto Capital of the World, the U.S. must and will lead. Regulation Crypto Assets will ensure that we do. 🇺🇸

The biggest balance sheets in finance all say tokenization is the future. Their focus is funds and securities. The next frontier is tokenizing what actually produces cash flow.
Tokenization has captured the attention of the institutions shaping global finance: → BlackRock's Larry Fink: “The next generation for markets.” → JPMorgan's Jamie Dimon: “I do think it'll replace financial market infrastructure.” → BNY's Robin Vince: “Tokenization is a megatrend.” → Franklin Templeton's Jenny Johnson: tokenization will “fundamentally change” the financial system. → Goldman Sachs' David Solomon: “An enormous number of people at the firm are extremely focused on tokenization.” Together, these institutions manage trillions. Their conviction signals that the tokenization opportunity is simply too big to ignore.

The banks are tokenizing in earnest now. JPMorgan's Kinexys moves more than $7B a day and has processed over $4T since launch. DTCC, whose depository arm custodies more than $114T, ran its first live tokenized trades in July and plans full launch in October. Wells Fargo brings tokenized deposits to corporate clients this fall. BlackRock added two tokenized money market products this month. That's the money and the plumbing, built by the institutions best equipped to build it. It makes everything downstream possible.

The consumer distribution problem is solving itself. 1.3M tokenized asset holders. 274M stablecoin holders. A major retail broker added 200K holders in a single week. The infrastructure to put an asset in front of millions of retail wallets now exists. What's missing is the asset: cash flow from the real economy, not paper.
Tokenized assets added more than 200,000 holders in a single week, a jump of roughly 20%, as @RobinhoodApp launched their tokenized stocks. It reflects tokenized assets reaching a mainstream, retail-scale audience through a major consumer platform.

When we set out to build our infrastructure layer, we decided early not to build every piece ourselves. If a strong institutional partner already does something well, we'd rather bring them in than reinvent it. The Blockchain.com partnership we announced this week is a good example.

It brings institutional trading, liquidity and distribution into the platform, with a strategic investment behind it. For the companies, public entities and sovereign-related groups we work with, it means running an asset from issuance through treasury and into secondary markets without lining up a different provider at each stage.
