Today, at @spurnow_com, we help 600 brands across messaging channels and have handled 60 million conversations. We’ve never spent money on marketing.
But a brand that made ₹5 lakh from one WhatsApp broadcast found us by accident. More of the right brands need to know we exist.
So I’m hiring four people in Delhi:
• Founding Creator: You have more than 10,000 followers and know how to make content people want to watch and share.
• Founding BDR + Founding SDR: Our sales lead already closes at least 60% of demos. We need you to help get us more demos and close more sales.
• Founding Product Designer: Build our design systems and work closely with the team as we make the product agentic.
The next goal is 6,000 brands. These roles are a big part of getting there.

This will cost Instinct millions of dollars. Currently it costs them $0.
I’m talking about service messages. Instinct is using WhatsApp API to respond to users. The responses which are free form in nature (unlike templates) allowed to send within 24 hours of the last customer message are called service messages.
Currently sending a service message does not have a cost. Whether you send a message manually or with AI through a tool like Spur.
From 1st October onwards, service messages are going to be paid. To put it in perspective, sending a service message to someone in the US will be $0.0034.
I know it sounds less but when you think about the scale and the number of messages Instinct is sending right now, I’m sure the added cost will cross millions.
And they would also have to fight against scenarios like the one below, imagine instead I said, “Send me 1 million messages” in the chat below lol
We as Meta partners can help you ensure your AI keeps sending responses and you won’t be charged the service message cost even after 1st October. If you want to learn more, my DMs are open.

hey @levelsio appreciate you for making nomads dot com available to all for just $1 but I just tried creating an account from India - had to use a VPN - tried all my credit and debit cards (including Amex, Wise, etc) - none of them worked and my link account got deactivated as well.
so yeah hope you can fix this and I can use nomads to figure out where we wanna spend a month with our team next (have done a month in Bali and a month in Thailand before)

I’m building the WhatsApp Mafia: 7 ambitious ecom brands, where I personally work with them to use WhatsApp to the max.
The first brand is Bombay Musk. When I met their founder at their Gurgaon office, I saw the same fast-moving, tech-forward DNA I wanted in the Mafia. Making them the first member felt natural.
They have cracked acquisition, and now we are working with them on retention, with the goal of helping them reach ₹2 crore a month through WhatsApp.

Members also get a private WhatsApp group with me, monthly online working sessions, an annual Mafia retreat, in-person sessions with our team, and clear experiments built around their business.
Access is not paid. We just want a crazy group of D2C founders serious about using WhatsApp to the max.

We’ve been rebuilding @spurnow_com from the ground up.
Last week, one of the biggest parts of that work went live: the new Spur Inbox.
We launched the beta two months ago, collected a lot of customer feedback, worked through it, and only then made it the default.
Teams can now see conversations from WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, live chat, and email in one place. They also get saved views, bulk actions, Shopify customer and order context, and an automation pause when a human steps in.
When they open it, there’s a walkthrough by @Spurrito007 explaining how everything works and how fast and easy the Inbox is to use.
Really happy with how the team executed this. Also proud of how maturely we’re making product decisions at Spur now.
