One of the most effective ways to lower the cost of everything is to make housing more affordable. No government handouts. No subsidies. - Get Blackstone and PE out of housing (except to build or flip distressed homes). We have allowed these PE firms to use the money in our 401 (k)'s and bid against us and our neighbors. Using our retirements to inflate housing costs, increase tax revenue, and put many people into a perpetual cycle of slavery in the form of high rental housing. Criminal. - Create incentives for private equity companies to let go of inventory. (Like 0% capital gains to release those homes back into the market) - Very low interest rates for primary residence (with a mortgage cap so we don't create a bubble because money is cheap). - Create incentives for home builders and flippers to get to work. Make their capital gains zero or close to it. We need the money to get in, create inventory, and GTFO... - Eliminate property tax on personal primary residences. Make it very unattractive for people to own a second or third home. - Remove all taxes from items used to build homes. (Drywall, lumber, roofing) - Give tax breaks to everyone working to build housing. Tax breaks to companies that build on new innovative technologies in housing. Even the companies that make the drywall... There would be a HUGE incentive for people to work in the industry if they were able to work with 0% taxes. Sunset it at 10 years. Bring money into the new building tech R&D. It should cost less to own a home than to rent a home. Housing has become the largest item on anyone's budget. If we lower the cost of housing, most families could have so much more room in the budget. They could take jobs at a lower wage, which in turn could bring down the cost of everything. There are people on government assistance, drawing a check (at taxpayer expense) to pay for an apartment that's owned by PE... And the PE firms have driven up the cost of housing in the area. It's intentional. It's a grift on the American taxpayer. They use our money to outbid individuals, raise the price of everything in the area (in turn raising the value of the underlying asset), profit from the increased rent, and take out loans against the property when the value increases at a zero % capital gains (because it's technically a loan, not income). All at a cost to us. Many people would not need government assistance if the cost of housing were VERY AFFORDABLE! If a struggling family could purchase a home for $100-140k, they would not need as much help. Personal home ownership is foundational for us as a nation. It brings security and personal responsibility. @realDonaldTrump Many of these things would need to be done at a federal level, but this should be so easy to do. We could turn things around in 2 years if the law were written correctly. America could thrive from just one small change. This would ripple through our economy. @brianeharrison, once you are done destroying DEI in Texas, I would love to see you tackle some of these things.

I’ve spent a few days thinking about the Tesla Roadster reveal and landed somewhere I haven’t seen much discussion. I’m neither a Tesla fanboy nor a Tesla hater. And I couldn’t care less whether what we saw technically qualifies as a flying car. Three takeaways: (1) The risk of that live demonstration going horribly wrong was real. Almost no CEO would willingly expose their company to that kind of public humiliation for a product with so little financial upside. Elon did. (2) That willingness to attempt the seemingly impossible is what makes Tesla special. It’s also arguably Elon’s greatest contribution to America. He’s helped bring back something we’ve lost. The American spirit of chasing big scary ideas that most people think are impossible. That mindset is spreading across a new generation of founders and its long term impact on America’s future could dwarf anything Tesla ever sells. I think this is deeply underappreciated. (3) Can we just acknowledge how insanely cool that moment was? We’ve reached a strange place culturally where even extraordinary feats of human ingenuity immediately become arguments about why they don’t count. Not everything needs to be a debate. Sometimes we should just be able to stand back together and marvel at what humans are capable of. I’ve been both bullish and critical of Tesla’s ambitions over the years. But watching Elon and his team push the boundaries of what’s possible reminds me why I’m glad we have him. Whether the Roadster ever makes Tesla a dollar or impacts $TSLA stock price is almost beside the point. We need more people willing to risk failure in pursuit of things the rest of us think are impossible. Because when they succeed we all win.

This puts really great words to what I thought the first time I saw this. Much of the Tech will eventually roll into everyday cars. It seems insane, but I bet within 10 years. We will see some type of active thrusters on a Toyota Camry.

So insane I got to be a part of making this event happen. Love working with @teamCINELIVE and getting to hang with my friends at SpaceX
🔥 WOW!! The new Tesla Roadster just did 0-60 in 0.81 seconds and Elon says the production model will be even faster!

🚨The Texas government hosted a transgender conference at @UTAustin today... so, naturally, I snuck in. What I found will shock you. The Texas Government is promoting a radical, liberal agenda... with your tax dollars. Read🧵below. Prepare to be furious.

Me and my family feel this. We are considering leaving Texas because of it. This has been my home for all of my life and I’m in my late 40s. The government has been corrupted. It’s not the place I grew up in.
Thought I'd debunk some of the most common myths about how "conservative" the Texas government is: MYTH: "Texas is a low tax state." FACT: Texas has the HIGHEST EFFECTIVE PROPERTY TAX RATE in America, according to at least one analysis. MYTH: "Texas is a low regulation state." FACT: Texas is the #5 MOST REGULATED state in America according to State RegData rankings, and has more occupational licensing requirements than every other state in America, including California and New York. MYTH: "Texas is a low debt state." FACT: Texas has a HIGHER debt-to-GDP ratio than California, and has 2x the debt/capita than Florida. MYTH: "Texas is a low spending state." FACT: Texas has exploded government spending a staggering 42% in just the past 4 years.

🚨 I've spent weeks inside the Epstein files — not looking for names, but for infrastructure. What I found: Jeffrey Epstein wasn't just a sex trafficker. He was a switchboard — routing government secrets, Wall Street intelligence, and political power through one network. The same network that built the censorship machine that targeted your speech during COVID. Five parts. All sourced to DOJ documents. Here's the whole investigation 🧵👇

Fake school choice is coming home to roost quickly. The fake conservatives knew this but they don’t work for Texans then work for globalist @GregAbbott_TX.
📍COMING SOON: McKinney, Texas Didn’t think a mosque and community center was enough? Don’t worry, there’s more coming. Coming soon to 6200 Virginia Pkwy: a new Islamic private school, providing education through an “Islamic lens.”

NBC is making more propaganda for illegals They’re running a story about 2 teenagers having their illegal parents deported by ICE and forced to “live on their own” Except they were immediately taken in by their aunt… Ohh and her illegal parents were arrested for shoplifting. ICE also gave the illegal mother the option of taking her children with her back to Honduras, which she wants. But she choose no to because it meant she would have to stay in detention for a couple months while that process was worked out So here we have the mainstream media stirring up outrage over illegals who broke into our county, had anchor babies, got deported and then didn’t want to wait a couple months to be with their kids

Walmart sucks
Eventually there will need to be a class action lawsuit against Walmart for shorting product weights Out of 21 packs of chicken weighed, 11 are short One of the packs is marked 5.5 pounds but only contains 4.2 pounds, that’s 24% short When 52% of packages of chicken being weight are short, that’s not an error, that’s fraud We are all so sick of being robbed Walmart has even been caught doing this and charged in the past. In August 2025, Walmart paid about $5.64 million in a California judgment resolving allegations of price overcharges and false weight advertising It also happened again, Walmart settled a major $45 million class action covering weighted goods including poultry meat and bagged citrus for alleged overcharges tied to weight and pricing discrepancies during the period of 2018–2024

But it’s totally okay for all the other cities to raise away
If your city is on this list, @KenPaxtonTX just sent them a letter notifying them they are prohibited from raising taxes

There should be criminal fraud charges for these companies. Not only fines but individual criminal prosecution. So tired of people hiding behind a corporate veil and law enforcement not doing their job. @SECGov @TheJusticeDept
Walmart priced chicken tenderloins at $19.20 for 4.66 pounds. Jimmy Wrigg put them on the store’s own scale: 2.37 pounds. He also weighed a Kentucky Legend ham labeled 5.43 pounds. The scale read 2.24. Walmart says the manufacturer weighs the products, not the store. Now Wrigg is calling for a Walmart boycott. At what point do you start weighing your own groceries?

These types of moves by @elonmusk are why I get so frustrated when people say he’s just doing things for money and greed. If his only interest was more wealth then he’s really really dumb. Because these types of moves are difficult to do and bring heat down on him. Thankful we have someone who actually fights for free speech instead of just talking about it while going along with the people in power who want to silence decent.
Elon just played the ultimate UNO reverse again on censorship For years, governments have tried to threaten 𝕏 through legal battles, fines, deliberately changing regulations, and demands to restrict speech in all sorts of ways 𝕏 fought back again and again and again They used all kinds of different forces they had in every possible way to go after 𝕏... Like a full targeted attack So when a government can legally force a platform to apply a filter, Elon just changed that game completely: Make the censorship itself transparent 𝕏 is now open-sourcing the core system and making even the government-required restrictions very clearly visible So if a government wants something censored, fine Now the entire world gets to see who demanded it and how it was enforced That is the UNO reverse.... What kind of filter would you put for this kind of transparency lol Elon has always fought for free speech and pushed for extreme transparency. Now he’s making sure even government censorship can’t hide in the dark

Instead of Digital ID to track citizens… We should be implementing Digital ID to track politicians. Track who they meet with. Track who lobbies them. Track where all of our taxpayer dollars go. They work for us. Not the other way around. Some have forgotten this concept.

Court just ruled Maricopa County’s illegal ballots INVALID. Runbeck workers processed, transported, and injected ballots from home with zero chain of custody. Broke seals. Ignored Arizona drop-box law. Dropped them straight into the 2020 election with no oversight. A lawyer tried to claim it was still legal. The judge shut it down cold: by law, those ballots were INVALID. They were counted anyway. This isn’t theory. It’s proven in open court. The cover is cracking. Share this so every American sees exactly what happened. 💯👇 #ElectionIntegrity #Maricopa #2020Fraud
