Erin Lee’s fight for parental rights began after her 12-year-old daughter attended a school-sponsored meeting where she was introduced to gender-identity concepts without her parents’ knowledge or consent and encouraged to keep the discussion from them.
Now, Erin is taking that fight to the Supreme Court.
AFPI filed an amicus brief on her behalf, asking the Court to affirm parents’ standing to challenge state actions they believe interfere with their parental rights.
