#YezhuKadalYezhuMalai Unexpected Outing! What could be more striking than a man seeking his love across several lifetimes and centuries? Is this not the sort of fairy tale we quietly desire? The premise feels deeply romantic, almost hauntingly beautiful, yet the film makes little of it. Such a profound idea is diminished to nearly no emotional bond. I truly cannot understand Ram. The music hardly resonates. Although the story should have been rich with feeling, the film left me unexpectedly detached. Many lines were deeply and elegantly crafted. Those flashback graphics are entirely disappointing.
