Once again, the defense clearly picked this guy bc of their own stereotypes and bigotries. They thought this hard luck black guy certainly wouldn’t care if a white woman killed her kids. Now they are pissed that he didn’t stay on their insane and wicked reservation.
🚨#BREAKING: A TV station is now digging through the PRIVATE LIFE of the lone, Black male HOLDOUT JUROR from the Lindsay Clancy trial... publicizing his divorce, his family disputes, even his eviction... ...because he refused to acquit Lindsay Clancy!!!! Yes, they are TEARING HIS PRIVATE LIFE APART for this, but have done ZERO investigating on the private lives of the OTHER jurors. One man, after a week of deliberation, would not sign off on a verdict he didn't believe in and that (by the way) is the WHOLE POINT of a jury. We literally instruct jurors: do not cave. Who is ever going to hold out EVER AGAIN???!!!! Who's going to risk being the one honest "no" when they know the punishment is having their entire life ripped open on the news?!!!! They are literally attempting to DESTROY the jury system with fear. A verdict you disagree with is not a crime and a citizen who does his duty should not have his life destroyed for it. This is absolutely insane.

The simple truth is that the defense was banking on a black guy with a past to be fine with a woman who kills her own kids. So this is obviously more of a window into their wretched souls than it is to his.

When Osama bin Laden was killed, Nithya Raman wrote in her blog that it made her very uncomfortable. While Americans celebrated retribution for 9/11, it made her feel "strange". She tried to delete this from the internet, but I have...sources and methods.
On the 25th anniversary of 9/11, my thoughts are with thousands of everyday heroes who died in the attacks and their families. May we all continue to carry their memory in our hearts.

This is wild. The real justification to remove the holdout juror in the Lindsay Clancy trial has been exposed “Fox News obtained the emergency appeal that was filed to the Massachusetts Supreme Court. This again is from the defense. This is their appeal to try to stop the mistrial. What they argue in this appeal, and I'm not making this up, they argue that the lone juror is engaging in a line of reasoning which, quote, "reflects a bias against those who are suffering from debilitating mental illness, a protected category under both the Fifth and 14th Amendments." Yes, the defense seriously argued that by voting to send a woman to prison for killing her children, he was discriminating against the disabled” So they actually argued that you can murder your kids and claim mental illness, and if anyone questions that you might not be mentally ill then that means they are discriminating against the disabled…. This is the society we have allowed

A government that will not support single day voting, real paper ballots, Photo ID and elections locked down to its own goddamn citizens is straight up treasonous. Any system that allows endless early voting, sketchy electronic machines and non citizens anywhere near the process is deliberately diluting the will of the actual people. That isn’t democracy...it’s a fucking scam. So called elected leaders who push this shit or refuse to shut it down deserve to be yanked out by their fucking hair, dragged into the street and thrown straight into prison forever. No excuses, no soft landings. No fucking mercy.

I’m nominating John Thune for a Noball Prize for his refusal to get the SAVE America Act passed, despite the vast majority of Americans supporting proof of citizenship and ID for voting. He can hang it where his balls should be.

Everyone should CALL John Thune's office today and ask politely for him to get the SAVE America Act passed: (202) 224-2321 But whatever you do, DON'T play the song "Thune the Ball-less RINO" over the phone on his answering machine. That would be so wrong. I repeat, DO NOT go to GlennBeck.com/Torch and navigate to the Torch Tunes section, where you'll find the song. Definitely DON'T call Thune's office and press play on that song when it prompts you to leave a message. I'll be very upset if I hear about anyone doing this. Very upset.
