3 ways to increase Hourly/Discipline. My hourly always been bloated.
1) Play the best hours/Game available. The money is won from fish not regs on Friday/Saturday night.
2) Understand some sessions will be break even or you lose one buyin. Never give away money.
3) Set a hard stop loss. This allows you to have a low standard deviation.

If I'm not winning big, I start spending my roll.
It's very easy to spend an entire low stakes roll if you haven't won in months.
Most pros are playing low stakes with 6-10k.
That's simply not enough money.
