What a win for the Pistons! On the road against Philly to go to 3-0. Duncan Robinson has been lights out this year and John Collins was such an underrated pickup.

Gotta give some props to Kelvin Shep. That defense was not perfect but they have been much better the last 2 weeks. The defensive line will always be legit, it’s just the secondary and middle of the field.

Same old Lions baby. The most SOL game ever. The Dan Campbell and Brad Holmes era is officially DEAD. Time to move on. We still have elite talent but Holmes has failed to fill the gaps/fix secondary and Dan is a meathead.

This is why Jared Goff will never get the full respect. Once the Packers started putting pressure on him he starts choking.

This Lions offense is absolutely elite. It just sucks knowing it’s getting wasted. This defense is so dreadful that the offense has to score 30-40 every game is they want to even have a shot.

Malik Willis gets his first W for the Dolphins. He had a good game. The guy has had no shot at success this season with his offensive line, absolutely zero weapons, and Achane going down in week 2. Love to see some success for him.

This Lions-Packers game is so huge for a multitude of reasons. Mainly, in my eyes, because it is going to show us if last year was just an off-year or the new norm for Detroit. If they win this it will go a long way to prove that the Lions are still a force. I am nervous.

The people who run this wonderful, frustrating, amazing, stupid sport keep telling fans at schools like New Mexico that they don’t matter.
And then 35,000 people showed up on a stormy Saturday and showed why they always will.
Just an amazing night.

Michigan has an elite defense that will keep them in most games. If they even had an average offense they would be a force. They’ve essentially turned into Iowa. Whit needs to find a Cam Rising.

This Liberty defense is legit. Shawn Quinn completely changed the culture in one season. Derrell Farrar is having an amazing game.

What a game. 23-0 run in the 4th quarter in the NBA opener is absolutely crazy.
FINAL: Pistons 121, Celtics 113.
Pistons 23-0 4Q run overcomes 22-point deficit. Pistons 15/40 from 3 with Robinson (5/9) and Green (5/8) providing most punch.
Duren 22 & 9; Cade 22 & 8 assists; Robinson 20; Green 19 after not playing in first half.
Quite the opener.

Ausar Thompson is becoming my favorite Piston. Just so valuable in many ways. So glad Trajan got him locked up with a very friendly deal.

JMU didn’t schedule a P4 opponent or P4 opponents didn’t wanna schedule them? The same happened when Liberty beat Arkansas, BYU, Va Tech, and Syracuse in a few year span. Wake Forest canceled their home and home all the sudden & nobody else wants the risk.
New Mexico, Boise State, or Oregon State.
JMU didn't schedule a single P4 opponent, and UTSA got outclassed by Texas 30-6. At least the other three teams went on the road and competed until the very end against some of the best teams in CFB! They shouldn’t be punished for SOS.
Community note
JMU scheduled a 2026 game vs Virginia Tech (ACC) but VT cancelled it due to ACC's 9-game conference schedule change and paid JMU an $800k buyout per contract; JMU replaced it with San Diego State and had no P4 opponents on its final slate.

“Major pick up for Georgia!” But when he committed to Liberty these recruiting analyst nerds said nothing. Since he switched from Liberty to Georgia he will get bumped up to a 5 star next week smh 🤦♂️
Major pick up for Georgia. Don’t be surprised if you are hearing about Miller making plays in Athens early in his career.

Tampa Bay does not deserve the Rays man. This is pathetic. Move this team somewhere where they actually care about baseball.

UCLA has the easiest Big 10 schedule I’ve seen since Iowa in the Big 10 West days. Purdue & Maryland to start, Wisconsin, 2-10 Michigan St, Oregon and Michigan in down years both without a QB, Illinois, Minnesota, USC. Props to them for the turnaround but still.
