من على منبر الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة، حملنا صوت سوريا التي عادت، وسوريا التي تنهض. كانت مشاركتنا في نيويورك محطة لتثبيت حضور وطننا بين الأمم، وتعزيز شراكاته، وفتح آفاق أوسع لمستقبل يصنعه السوريون بإرادتهم، وتستعيد فيه سوريا مكانتها ودورها.

من معرض دمشق الدولي، تشرق سوريا من جديد، وتعود دمشق جسرًا بين الشرق والغرب، ومنارة للأمل والبناء.

أهنئ الشعب السوري بإزالة اسم سورية رسميًا من قائمة الدول الراعية للإرهاب، وأشكر فخامة الرئيس دونالد ترامب على هذا القرار التاريخي، وكل الأشقاء والأصدقاء الذين وقفوا مع سورية والسوريين.

We congratulate the Syrian people on this historic milestone: the removal of Syria from the list of State Sponsors of Terrorism after 47 years under a designation associated with the policies and practices of the former regime. This designation was never the choice of the Syrian people, nor was it befitting of Syria and its history. This step is the result of the transformation brought about by the Syrian people and reflects the new Syrian state’s commitment to international peace and security, as well as to cooperation and partnership with the United States and countries around the world. Under the guidance of President Ahmed Al-Sharaa, we will continue our efforts to overcome the legacy of isolation and foster an environment based on transparency, mutual interests and respect, in support of development and stability in Syria and the region. We extend our sincere appreciation to President Donald Trump, Secretary of State and friend Marco Rubio, Ambassador and friend Thomas Barrack, the U.S. administration, members of Congress, and all those who contributed to making this historic step possible.
