🌍 While the World Watches the World Cup… ⚽🏆 Billions are glued to their screens, celebrating every goal, every victory, every moment of glory. But right now, in rural Kisii, Kenya — two disabled women, Mary & Lydia, are quietly fighting a much harder match: the daily battle for food, medicine, and basic survival. They can’t watch the games. They can’t afford the luxury of celebration. Their “final whistle” is when the next meal or wound dressing arrives. This World Cup, let’s score a different kind of goal — one of real compassion. 💙 Your support can change their story. Donate 100% directly to Mary & Lydia → able-hearts.org/donate Every dollar helps with food, medical care & hope. Let’s show the world that while we celebrate greatness on the pitch… we don’t forget those fighting off the field.

🌟 Happy Father’s Day from AbleHearts! 🌟 Today we celebrate all the incredible fathers, father figures, and men who show up with strength, love, and compassion — especially for those who need it most. This Father’s Day, we’re thinking of Mary, a brave disabled mother in rural Kisii, raising her daughter Lydia with the same quiet strength and unwavering love that defines true fatherhood and motherhood. Together they face extraordinary challenges, yet they continue to hold onto hope. If you’re a dad, or someone who was raised by one, you know the power of steady support. Your kindness today can be that support for Mary & Lydia. Help us give them the basic necessities they need to thrive: food, wound care for Lydia, and a little stability. 💙 Donate directly – 100% reaches Mary & Lydia (link in bio / PayPal / M-PESA / Crypto) Thank you for being the kind of person who turns celebration into compassion. Happy Father’s Day! You make the world better. ❤️

Exactly one month ago, on February 19, 2026, a beautiful baby boy was born into our AbleHearts family. True to a promise we made long ago—after @ishowspeedsui 's incredible Africa tour, where he represented the continent with real heart, energy, and authenticity, breaking down stereotypes in raw, unfiltered IRL streams—we kept our word. His name: Joseph Crispin Speed - Joseph, after a dear friend who's stood by us through everything. - Crispin, inspired by the legend himself, Cristiano Ronaldo (CR7 vibes). - Speed, honoring @ishowspeedsui one who brought the world to Africa in real time, with pure passion and no filter. He arrived healthy, a bundle of joy amid tough times. But life hit hard: complications for the mother led to extended hospital stays and bills that have completely drained us. We've been grinding personally to cover costs, but our resources are stretched thin—making it even harder to keep pushing full force for Mary and Lydia's urgent needs (mobility aids, accessible housing, education for the orphan girl they care for). Still, we move forward. Faith keeps us going—one sunrise at a time brings new chances. @IShowSpeedHQ — you don't know us, but thank you for the light you shone on Africa. This little one's name is our quiet tribute. If your team ever sees this and wants verification or just to say hi, our DMs are open. Delusional moments sometimes connect destinies. Who knows? ♿️❤️

In rural Kenya🇰🇪, Mary & Lydia say neglect = poverty is the only daily solution they’re forced to live with. AbleHearts flips the equation: direct dignity > endless waiting. ❤️♿

Team Sonko, Team Sisi Kwa Sisi, Merry Christmas 2025 🎄, Philanthropists, Disability Awareness, #IDPD2025 👩‍🦼🗣️📢 Come through for Mary & Lydia
1.3 billion people live with disability. That’s a UN stat. Behind it are two faces in Kisii, 🇰🇪Kenya: Lydia pulls a rope to rise from bed. Mary drags worn crutches across mud. No wheelchairs. No ramp. No proper roof. No medicine that lasts. Today, on #IDPD2025, let the numbers finally have names. Let dignity trend louder than slogans. Mary & Lydia are rising. Help them stand. ❤️♿ #MaryAndLydiaRising

Grateful for breaking the 10K mark—10k+ impressions, 72,079% up from pure banter. But numbers don’t build ramps. Kindly visit our profile, follow, quote, repost, like, and amplify📢 Mary & Lydia’s story. Disabled mom & daughter in rural Kenya still wait for dignity to trend. 👩‍🦼🏡✨ x.com/able_hearts_ke/status/…
Banters are booming—92,600% up! Engagement? Profile visits? Still crawling. But a win is a win. We’ll keep barking until one ear listens— because in our vernacular, the cow that moos is the one given water to drink. Disability Awareness♿️, women advocacy

Elon builds Snailbrook, billionaires raise compounds… Meanwhile Mary & Lydia—disabled mom & daughter—wait in rural 🇰🇪Kenya for a roof that doesn’t leak. Better housing shouldn’t be a billionaire’s privilege; it should be their gift.
