4. Short-term furnished apartments are much easier to get. I'm charging €750 all included, and only 36 people wrote in the last 2 weeks.
Long-term apartments get hundreds of messages within an hour.

If you have become a German citizen in August, make sure that you are registered for voting in the September 20 elections. Contact your Bezirkswahlamt and make sure you're on the Wählerverzeichnis. Do this now, not a week before the elections.
