From inside the American family war on communism (2023 to TBD) 🚨 As I had promised earlier: "see me drop names" in the case that was fraudulently reopened in 2023, today I present to you my former counsel: 1 - Dodger Arp: A corrupt lawyer who made deals behind my back to cover up in-session abuse by a renowned child predator, and rebuked me in court while his 'witness' was openly committing perjury against me. This fraud had me think he was presenting a motion for a pick up order, instead, he agreed behind my back to a guardian ad litem. It turns out that he was close buddies with this child predator (Silverman) and also with the opposing counsel, a professional parrot🦜 that goes by the name Jeffrey Rynor, where Dodger Arp was charging me money to give them personal favors, helping them win cases while pretending to be my lawyer. Such corrupt lawyers are deep rooted in Palm Beach, catching children as bait for illegal court-led parental extortion. 2 - *Confidential*: A low key ethical lawyer who confronted Anastasia Mahone with evidence guaranteed to end the case immediately and issue a child pick-up order, but vanished off of the face of the earth when Mahone and the father threatened her with DCF and with my children's safety, if she ever filed this evidence. (For context: Anastasia Mahone is an unqualified feminist, drug addict party GAL, assigned by her Leftist mentor: Magistrate Diane Kirigin of the 15th circuit to institutionalize the civil kidnapping of children. Mahone is also currently represented illegally by her bestie partner to litigate against a parent, breaking the rules of her appointment in the first place, in many cases on the docket). 3 - Phil Chopin: A wannabe Palm Beach celebrity liar who's in reality too cowardly to willingly stand in any trial. He's such a spineless hypocrite that he made a devastating deal behind my back with Mahone and Lauren Cohen (an expert narc who was brought in after Rynor was doomed too embarrassing to speak in court, suspiciously as advised by Mahone). Phil Chopin left me standing in front of the courthouse while he signed a fraudulent "agreed" order in my name. He robbed me the chance to stand in front of a judge the moment it mattered the most, which could have potentially exposed this case as a court-led scandal, something Mahone and the father had been postponing to continue isolating the children, while buying themselves more time to break and entrap me. Phil Chopin also tried to bully a forensic expert into making false statements about me dictated by Anastasia Mahone to cover up her child neglect and evidence of her child endangerment. The day Phil Chopin charged me a 9,000 USD retainer, knowing this was the last of my credit line, he attempted to trap me saying: "You'll be with your kids tomorrow, I found a way to get rid of Mahone". He asked me to trash Mahone on what he called 'the last call' with her, mistakingly thought I would be as trashy as he is. They were all too desperate to trap me at this point. When I finally confronted him with his malpractice actions, he started shouting admitting his betrayals and said: "I'm not risking my career in Palm Beach Courts for this, who do you think you are?" Then he lied about the fact that he no longer represented me to the Court, in his last attempt to defraud more orders in my name. Judge Luis Delgado, knowing this, then bullied me on record for representing myself, and blocked me from the Court with 2 fraudulent orders filled with complexed false narratives that Mahone (his lap dog) and Cohen (the father's new parrot) wrote, verbatim. When I had filed a Fraud-Upon-The-Court motion, it was denied without a hearing within days by some judge completely irrelevant to the case, an apparent friend of Magistrate Kirigin who did her a favor by breaking law and violating both Florida and U.S. constitutions: Judge James L. Martz. Complaining to the Florida Bar would be a joke, they're too busy distributing tampons in men's bathrooms. About the 4th DCA, stay tuned, names are coming soon! This gang thought I was too traumatized or stupid that I wouldn't know how to read court documents or trace emails. They probably haven't yet seen a parent come back after they were done with them.
