This is exactly what I mean when I say getting your direction right saves you a lot of hassle. I didn't take a single trade this week, lol. I was barely even active on the charts for 2–3 days. But this was a trade I took on AUDUSD last Friday, and it has finally hit TP. The funny part? I was actually looking for short-term buys. Then I had to ask myself: “Why am I trying to fight the current direction just because I want a trade right now?” So I stopped forcing it and simply followed what price was already showing me. I stayed with the trend, took the short, and let it play out. Lesson: don't fight clear direction just because you're impatient for a setup. Sometimes the best trade is simply the one that's already aligned with what price is doing. A win, but more importantly, a reminder. Follow the direction. Let price prove you wrong before you change your mind. P.S. I know I missed my weekly outlook 😭 I'll make sure I drop one this week.

🚀 NEAR Just Got a New Gateway to U.S. Investors @Bitwise has launched its NEAR ETF (NRR) on NYSE Arca, bringing spot near:native exposure to the U.S. market. But the ETF goes beyond simply tracking the token, with staking and NEAR’s rapidly growing AI-focused infrastructure adding another layer to the story.

Structure + Direction. I genuinely think this is one of the most important things to figure out once you understand the basics of trading. You need to know where price is trying to go before worrying about when or how to get in. Structure tells you what price is doing. Direction gives you the path you want to trade. Together, they start answering the: “Where?” “When?” “Why?” “How?” Looking at DXY here, I already have my directional bias mapped out. Now my job isn't to fight the move. It's to find setups that fit the direction and trade alongside it. Yes, counter-trend trades exist. But personally, I've found much more clarity when I focus on trading with clear structure and direction rather than constantly trying to catch reversals. Get these two things right and a lot of the noise starts disappearing. Structure + Direction. Master those before making trading more complicated than it needs to be.

Just finished a 3-hour study session. And honestly, the biggest thing I took away wasn't another technical concept. It was attention. I didn't take all the trades shown on this chart. Some I wasn't even there for. Others I simply didn't analyze in time. But going back through the chart in hindsight and studying how price developed in real time made something very clear: You really can learn a lot by simply paying attention. You can't jump onto a chart, do a half-assed analysis in 10 minutes, and expect price to hand you money. Sometimes you need to sit with the chart. 2–3 hours if necessary. Understand what price is doing. Understand why it's doing it. Build your own thesis. Then wait. Today's lessons: Patience. Looking back at these setups and seeing how long they took to develop was an eye-opener. A lot of the time, we're not missing trades because there were no opportunities. We're forcing trades because we don't want to wait for the opportunity to actually form. Price will show you what it wants to do. Your job is to read it, react to it, and have the confidence to wait for it to play out. Refinement. I'm realizing more and more that everything in my trading needs constant refinement. My technicals. My fundamentals. My psychology. My workflow. Even my daily life outside trading. Refinement is what keeps you improving long term. It's not always exciting, but it's necessary. And finally: Pay attention to MY setup. Win or lose, I want to trade my own analysis. I can study someone else's perspective. I can take corrections. I can learn from other traders. But at the end of the day, I need to trust what I'm seeing and execute my own process. I don't need to trade someone else's mind. I need to understand mine.

One thing I learned from last week on Gold: I wasn't necessarily wrong on direction. I was wrong in how I was reading price. A few of the trades marked on this chart were there, and I missed them because I was too busy predicting what price should do instead of reacting to what it was already showing me. Busy week, poor analysis, lack of focus. But the bigger mistake was simple: I predicted. I didn't react. My directional bias hasn't changed. I still see upside potential, but for the coming week, I have my zone marked out where I want to see buyers step in. If price gets there, I'll wait for the reaction. No forcing. No chasing. Let price show me what it wants to do. Patience is part of the setup too. The set of trades I missed last week, was well over 20RR

First target on Gold got hit. Now what went wrong for the second target? Well, I failed to see exactly what the chart was telling me. I was predicting and not reacting. The whole trend was bearish, the structure also presented the bears with good entry, but I was caught up. Tbh I was not on chart at all, so I could not reanalyze to understanding what was happening. So, lesson learned. Good trade tho. TP 1: 5rr ✅
Watching gold for a tap into my entry before the next push higher. My first objective is around 4339. But I’m still anticipating a larger move above that, with 4449 ERL remaining the bigger draw on liquidity. So for me, the key is simple: let price come into my entry, then I want to see the reaction and continuation higher. If that plays out, 4339 is only the first objective.

I was supposed to drop this update yesterday, but I got busy. Anyways, I still think BTC has more room to run before I start looking for the real sell. On the weekly, I have a supply zone sitting higher up that I marked out previously. Price is currently well below it, and I don't see anything on the higher timeframes that makes me want to front-run the rejection. Daily looks relatively simple, price pushed up and is now sitting in a short-term range. The 4H is where things get interesting. A lot of traders may be looking for sells here, but I’m not convinced the current positioning gives us a clean short yet. The early buying can still get shaken out, just like sellers can get trapped on the way up. For now, I’d rather look for buy setups into the higher-timeframe supply than force a short from current levels. If BTC reaches that weekly zone, that’s where I’ll be much more interested in seeing how sellers respond. That’s the area I’m watching.
