FC Barcelona is building on @Cardano. 🔵🔴 Today the club announced the Barça Fan Lab, a new digital experience developed with Andamio as its technology partner and built on Cardano's blockchain. The goal is to transform how supporters around the world connect with the club, moving beyond simply consuming content toward learning, collaborating, and actively contributing to the Barça community. Through the platform, fans will be able to explore the club's history and values, progress through different learning paths, take part in community activities, and earn verifiable digital credentials that recognize their participation in a transparent way. One of the most compelling aspects is the onboarding. Access is enabled through BarçaID, which creates a Cardano Web3 wallet linked to each user. That wallet is where fans receive and store their digital credentials and access tokens, bringing blockchain technology to a mainstream audience without adding friction to the experience. I'd like to highlight the outstanding work of @YoramBenzvi, a member of our community who played a key role in making this partnership happen. I also believe that the decision to host one of the Catalyst launch events in Barcelona, where we were actively working, was a major catalyst for this agreement and helped validate it.
