I think one of the unfortunate things abt being accommodating is that ppl eventually stop recognizing your flexibility as something you're choosing to give them. It becomes the baseline for the relationship. Then the first time you prioritize yourself, you’re demonized

Yup! Ibadan was one of the most important cities, politically, intellectually, & commercially. Ofc Lagos had the upper hand of being a city with a port
Ibadan used to be the capital of the Western Region, it’s literally called "The City of Firsts" It was one of the greatest cities in Africa during and after the colonial era.

My analysis is on popular feminism, a term used within feminist scholarship. Popular feminism and choice feminism might overlap in certain respects, but they are not the same and should be understood as distinct analytical categories.

The self-proclaimed “provider” man is not synonymous with a loving man. Nor does his ability to provide show that he is compassionate or kind

What’s funny is that Nigerians have been speaking on the issues of real estate and architecture for time. But I guess having a white man tell you that your shit stinks out there is more engaging

Also the y at the end of were
The K-pification of Yoruba words. “Kpẹlẹ” “Kpanla” What the hell do they mean? It’s pẹ̀lẹ́, not “kpẹlẹ.” It’s pàǹlá, not “kpanla.” Not every Yoruba word that begins with p needs an extra k slapped in front of it.

This is weird. Imagine someone opens a similar cinema for only white films, hell will be let loose.
