The latest numbers are no surprise to Albertans. After knocking on hundreds of thousands of doors, we’ve heard many concerns about the cost of living. Utility bills and car insurance are through the roof. Albertans are concerned about the state of our education system and our public health care system. And one thing is clear: Albertans are proud Canadians.
Meanwhile, Danielle Smith is focused on keeping her separatist party together, all while she and the UCP push forward with a costly, divisive referendum and two-tiered health care, while neglecting to address the real issues in education and bringing down the cost of living.

Instead of fixing the state of health care in this province as people die in our emergency rooms, Danielle Smith and the UCP have government lawyers fighting the former AHS CEO, someone they hired and then fired after she began investigating concerns around government health contracts.
Coincidence? Maybe, but probably not.
We might have answers if Danielle Smith called a full public inquiry into CorruptCare, but she and the UCP continue to refuse.
The priorities of Danielle Smith and the UCP are clearly out of line with what Albertans need and expect.

Elections Alberta has made official the historic result of the Calgary-Shaw by-election: Kyle Campbell and the Alberta NDP won by 591 votes.
What was supposed to be a “safe” Conservative seat is safe no longer. In fact, it’s clear there are no safe Conservative seats in Calgary.
The Alberta NDP is focused on public health care, education, good jobs, and lowering the cost of living.
While Danielle Smith and the UCP are focused on costly referendums and standing with Trump rather than Canada, it’s clear why the residents of Calgary-Shaw chose Kyle Campbell and the Alberta NDP to represent them.
