Has anyone else used AI to learn one or more instruments? You can go so deep into theory and play such beautiful voicings/rhythms just by asking AI to dial up the complexity of what you’re playing.

Taxing billionaires is fucking stupid. What we ‘should’ be taxing are AI companies.
As more and more money gets spent on superintelligence, the need for employees trends towards zero. This means that, in order to protect those affected, we need a social safety net. This is where Universal High Income, or UHI, comes into play.
As the frontier labs approach trillions of dollars in revenue, that becomes a massive tax base we can draw from, not because we want to, but because we have to in order to support displaced workers. The same goes for general robotics once we have billions of robots operating close to the marginal cost of energy.
We should have robots building robots and automating the entire supply chain. To some extent, this is already happening. Amazon already uses an army of robots to automate its supply chain. It’s why they’re worth so much and generate such massive revenue. Apple is no different.
Furthermore, there is a massive shortage of tradespeople, and we do not have enough young people going into the trades to replace those who are retiring. Couple that with declining birth rates, and you have a double-exponential decline towards population collapse. Robotics solves this.
Final point: in the interim, we will need a massive amount of energy to support this, on the scale of tens of terawatts and eventually petawatts. We need to take a page out of China’s playbook and develop a metric fuck ton of solar panel farms and battery packs. Thanks, Tesla!
Anyways, all this is to say that if we automate energy, AI, and robotics, we will have massive, sustainable abundance for all humans.
Capitalism must be utilized to fund the singularity.

Fuck I’m so much more ASI-pilled after Helix 2.5 releasing today. We need the whole world to give Figure data. Went from 9% zero-shot tasks in a home to 56% after adding in Index’s training data. Fucking crazy. We have digital RSI and robotic RSI happening in relatively short order of each-other. Robots building robots that mine raw materials, manufacture, configure, build data centres, power plants, build more robots, while half of them are doing research and inventing new drugs and solving LEV. Most people on here saw this coming, I’m not saying anything you don’t already know. But holy fuck man Elon’s UHI seems more and more plausible everyday. 🤯
