Here's a screenshot of the weekly token usage chart from $DOT @usedotai. For the week beginning Sept 21, token usage is ALREADY at 5 billion+ tokens processed, which is yet another all time high. The most notable thing...there are still two full days to add to this tally. This beautifully encapsulates the mindblowing growth that they're currently achieving. The scary thing, is the fact that these are the numbers they're putting up WITHOUT their hugely anticipated mobile app which should be dropping in the coming weeks. The real growth trajectory hasn't even started yet. $DOT is currently trading at a market cap of LESS THAN $8 Million dollars. How can you not be bullish???

This is interesting — something @usedotai could partner with @pendle_fi on. Once staking launches, base:0x23a2847d772803f9efc64b4277b782b06296fe51 becomes a deflationary yield token. A portion of revenue will still go to the buy-and-burn, while stakers can either consume their inference allocation or sell inference credits back to the protocol (which can then re-allocate them to other buyers). DOT's staking yield comes from real revenue — not transaction taxes or token inflation or some other ponzinomic alchemy. Pendle would allow the market separately price the DOT token value, from its inference yield. When the market thinks credits are cheap, it'll bid them up — incentivizing some stakers to sell credits they'd otherwise use, and encourage new purchasing and staking of base:0x23a2847d772803f9efc64b4277b782b06296fe51 to acquire inference credits to sell into the market. This is a case where the sum of the parts would be greater than the whole.

We are also closing in on Staking. Once released, we will enable users to begin selling inference credits back to us through a similar mechanism. This should be relatively easy to implement as it will live within the same infrastructure as our Staking/IRM model. Then, we hard focus our app. This is something we want to get absolutely right, because it's a big expansion for us, and as with everything we do at Dot, it has to be perfect. Beyond that we have a few very exciting (and ambitious) plans that we look to put into action, but more on that once we push through the current deliverables. Ultimately, we want to create a fully fledged consumer application that is multi-faucted in design, but private in execution. We've already confirmed appetite, now it's time to expand. (Oh, and I'll also be attending some podcasts soon, where I look forward to representing Dot, everything we stand for, and everything we look to become) Big things coming, we are far from satisifed.
