Listen, Before you commit to marrying a woman, Scrutinize her family. Know her culture, beliefs and traditions. Don't marry a woman whose family's beliefs and traditions conflict with yours. Marry a woman whose cultural beliefs are in agreement with your beliefs. She and her family must agree to let her become subservient to your family and even religion. If she is SDA, and you are Catholic, she must abandon SDA and become a Catholic. She has no excuse for insisting on being SDA. If she is not ready, end the commitment immediately. Know her parents. You might be marrying a woman whose father is a night-runner and whose mother is a witch. Her parents must first respect your parents. You are doing them a favour by marrying their daughter. Otherwise, she would be a burden to them, fighting her mother, competing with her brothers, and leaving behind a chain of fatherless babies. If her parents despise your parents because they think your parents are poor, or because they are of a community they loathe, then don't commit. You must get this right. Don't just meet a woman in the streets or in college, start an affair, and then impregnate her, and then marry. This is starting on the wrong footing. Understand her origin. • Where does she come from? • Who is her father? • What is her family history • Where are her elder sisters? Are they married? Otherwise, you will discover serious wounds that were hidden from you, and it will be too late to undo the damage. Don't marry these rudderless, uncouth, alcoholic women of the city. They will become an unnecessary burden in your life. In the end, you and the children will suffer. But most of you think that because you went to Harvard, have a PhD, and drive a Porsche, you are so clever. Families that disavow their cultural source will eventually collapse.

There is nothing impressive here. This is just Razzmatazz trying to ride on the anger and disappointment of citizens. All these crooks have nothing new to offer and should be dumped into prison.

I haven't been able to sit at my desk and work today. Electric power has been going out every 5-10 minutes since this morning. @KenyaPower's incompetence is now a joke taken too far. My office landlord has given me the go-ahead to install solar. Enough is enough!

Indeed, the Kenyan shilling has been stable for almost 3 years. That is commendable.

Why don't you read the IMF report on the same. Kenya Shilling is strong and should be Kshs 117 to the dollar according to IMF. CBK is "managing" it at 130 to the dollar.

When you tell them to stop sleeping with other men's wives, They invent so many excuses "She is not legally married" "A man who kills is weak" "Bla bla bla" Especially Ugandan men. Dick-driven, promiscuous cucks.

A dude I grew up with had his nuts cut off for screwing another man's wife. That's after they chewed over 350K church group funds, with the wife, who lived upcountry while the husband hustled in Nairobi. Dude bled and endured the pain for 2 days, and just opted to end it all...

Before you cook beans, Soak them for 12 hours. This will denature harmful elements like oxalates and lectins, which inflame the gut and the kidneys. You can also use traditional alkaline salt (munyu) while cooking to neutralize these acidic compounds. #FoodFriday

I have some advice for young men newly employed, When you get employed: • Be grateful to God, your parents, your mentors and your boss for this opportunity • Work hard • Respect your employer • Adhere to your employer's rules and protocols • Embrace the mission and vision of the employer However, if working for your employer becomes unbearable due to other reasons, • Quit respectfully • Follow the procedures of quitting as written in your contract or employment letter • Return your employer's resources in your custody • Handover politely and thank your employer for giving you an opportunity • Leave with a clean conscience Don't be chaotic, abusive and contemptuous on your way out. Don't think you are smarter than your employer. The employer you are disrespecting gave you a livelihood when you were seeking a footing and direction. The employer may not have paid you to your satisfaction, but be polite. Don't go bad mouthing your employer, speaking nastily, and broadcasting your foul mouth while disclosing what is considered private policies, programs, products or services of your former workplace. Leave courteously. This way, you open room for better opportunities, newer networks and better leverage. Don't be a rude employee. Other employers will fear giving you opportunities in the future because they don't trust you. Be courteous when you close the door behind you, the universe will be kind to you on your way out.

Eating for fertility: • Eggs for choline. • Liver for folate and B12. • Butter for fat-soluble vitamins. • Oysters or pumpkin seeds for zinc. • Bone broth for minerals. • Leafy greens for magnesium and iron. This is ancestral food that women who reproduced successfully ate for millennia. Eat the ancestors' food. #FoodFriday

You tell people, "Eat right, avoid sugar, refined carbs, gluten, seed oils, and estrogen-mimicking foods like Irish Potatoes, tomatoes and grains." Then they say, "We shall all die." Then, when the medical bills come, they start asking for God's intervention. "Oh God, what wrong did I do to deserve swallowing all these drugs?" God gave you good health, natural foods and a brain, but you dismissed him. Now you are suffering, invoking his name and seeking a miracle. There is no miracle. Just fix your diet, start fasting and be active. #FoodFriday

There are drugs called STATINS eg Artovastatin. Modern hospitals have a deceptive tendency to prescribe these drugs to people, even without a reason. They see people as ignorant who can't question. DO NOT SWALLOW STATINS. They are useless and have no benefit. #FoodFriday

In Uganda, a musician was killed for sleeping with another man's wife. Stay away from someone's wife. You will be killed. Most of you don't listen. Don't sleep in a woman's house. You will discover that you are not the only one paying rent. Respect yourself.

Political power is grabbed. It is never given. Take it. Grab it. Hold it. Political power is not a church sermon. It is war. You blink, you lose. If you cry, you are weak, nobody cares.

I want to say this, Before you marry a woman, • Understand her family's taboos, traditions, values, morals and beliefs. This is important. • Take her to your home, and leave her there for a while to bond with your traditions, values, morals and beliefs. • Go to her home and introduce yourself. This is not you going. It is your uncle, siblings and aunts. You remain behind. • Invite her brothers, uncles, aunts and otheŕ relatives to your home. This is when they see you for the first time. This is when you interact with them for the first time. • After this, plan and go to her home. This is the first time you go there. Go with your friends, siblings and parents. This is where bride price talks are introduced. This is when you meet her father and mother for the first time. Why do all these? To protect yourself and your children's future. But most of you are ignorant. You live in the city like vagabonds. You meet a woman in the city and hide her in your city's house. Impregnate her in the city. Have children in the city. Then, when things fail and her family take her away, you throw tantrums, loiter around court corridors and jeopardise your children's future. Some of you shamelessly meet your father-in-law for the first time in a funeral. Or some of you, casually meet your father-in-law in a bar. Your children don't even know their village. When will you be straightforward and subservient to our cultural norms as an African? Stop being a bladifakin man.
