Discipline is hard. At first, when you try to follow it, it feels so hard that sometimes it may seem like a spiritual matter. In reality, it's just a habit. To succeed, you must maintain discipline.

The guilt of doing nothing is how you know you're building something you actually care about. That twitchy, uncomfortable feeling when you're sick or on holiday isn't burnout. It's proof that you've found something that actually matters to you. Most people never feel it.

Figure it out along the way is literally the best strategy.

But it can't tell you which ONE not to ship. Humans have taste. Judgment. Context. AI has infinite output, zero filter. The best founders I know don't use AI to do more. They use it to do less, better. That's the skill AI can't replace.

Frugality has a limit. Living doesn't. I want wealth, not just money.

Most people hide a fuzzy message behind a fancy calendar. Clarity > consistency. If the core message is sharp, you never run out of content.
