the agency outreach experiment got a few replies, so i proceeded with another one used chatgpt sol 6.1 to find projects preparing for upcoming ICOs so i can pitch them my saas it returned roughly 100 upcoming ICO leads. each one has a mined email address and a tailored cold email draft based on the specifics of their offering the email addresses came out valid and the ICO dates correct. manually checked a sample and it came back clean almost too easy now sending the campaign. AI overlords, pray for me

used chatgpt sol 6.1 to prepare 65 agency leads to pitch my saas it researched every agency individually, found an email address or contact form and wrote a tailored partnership proposal based on the services each agency actually offers we refined the emails over several iterations until every pitch had something specific and relevant in it sent all 65 4 agencies replied saying they’re interested. sent them a calendar link for a 30-minute call 0 bookings so far the pipeline is alive. technically

day 1/30 - 1k to 5k followers challenge utilized the follow-for-follow method. made a post with #connect and #buildinpublic hashtags, which attracted +60 follows. searched for relevant people who wanted follow-for-follow using this search query (+50 follows): #connect lang:en min_faves:2 -filter:links filter:verified -filter:replies Fireply accounted for roughly the last 10. Total: +120 follow-for-follow is a great method to grow the account fast initially. it's very good for TweepCred (internal X reputation score), because commenting on each other's posts boosts both accounts. on the other hand, it maintains a bad follower-to-following ratio, which hurts your spread in the X algorithm in the long run (you should target a 1:3 ratio in the worst case). so i won’t be utilizing this method again. but it’s perfect for a quick boost. additionally, X search is a great tool for finding relevant conversations and accounts, and the number of filters available is staggering. for example, you can search for posts with >10 likes, from verified accounts, in English, while filtering out replies and links, and matching any of the keywords in the provided set. this enables fast and targeted searching for leads or relevant conversations.

day 1/30 - 1k to 5k followers challenge setting up fireply for 50 replies a day across developer and build in public conversations positioning the account around what i actually am and do - building agents and automation

the fact that RaaS which is literally "Result as a Service" received so much positive feedback, i'll keep pushing it. NOT my idea, but i love it! you book something that has to bring a result, if it doesnt you dont pay. solofounders should explore this more - everyone hates monthly subs

For all the "more effort more results" guys and gals, its not the quantity, its the quality that wins on X. These are genuine stats of my own account, that had consistent 50-60 replies daily for the last 2 weeks, on various niche accounts. More impressions does not equal to more growth on your profile.

When they say they post 3-4 times a week and reply 5 times a day while trying to grow on X

I have a dilemma today.. we are starting to get clients from NSFW industries and on one side, i dont give a shit as long as they sub and pay.. on the other side these OF "models" are a moral hazard to the society.. crazy world on X we have haha, whats your take?

I've worked for multi billion dollar companies .. helped multi million dollar companies make millions in revenue and profit. That was the first 15 years of my professional career that started while I was at uni. Year no. 16.. moved to startups because of "corporate fatigue" managed to transition quite well, lead projects, their fundraising etc.. but most of them were B2C.. Year no. 20, a couple of new ventures in B2B space.. god damn I was able to sell a project to a VC in Singapore for a 400k investment, struggling to sell a simple product via linkedin for a 100 bucks :D Every once in a while we need a reality check, because being the best in your own garden might as well be worth nothing
