I am going to prove that aging does not cause flat, sagging, sad, little buns . Neglected, underdeveloped glutes do. I will die with with full, round butt-cheeks. Up high where they belong. Open casket funeral, face down - booty up, in nothing but cheekies and cowboy boots.
What will you do if Donald Trump loses?

Beaches in Washington state look like winter right now. But I still miss it. Mostly, I miss my baby sister.

STOP TRYING TO RUSH MUSCLE GAIN. You cannot force your body to build muscle faster simply because you’re determined to add weight to the bar every time you walk into the gym. And the more attached you become to increasing your numbers, the easier it is to lose sight of what actually matters: building muscle through consistent, high quality training. Think about it. You see somebody with the physique you’d love to build. They’re lifting impressive weights, so naturally, you start associating the numbers they’re putting up with the muscular development you’re trying to achieve. You convince yourself that if you can get your bench press to 100kg, your chest will grow. If you can squat another 20kg, your legs will follow. If you can keep adding weight to your hip thrust, your glutes will develop accordingly. There’s some logic to that, because getting stronger over time IS of course an important part of building muscle. But here’s where you can get yourself into trouble. You start treating strength progression as something you need to force rather than something that should develop alongside your muscular development. You add weight before you’ve earned it. Your range of motion starts getting shorter, your execution changes, momentum creeps in and other body parts begin contributing to movements that should be targeting specific musculature. You might even start reducing your repetitions because lifting heavier gives you more opportunities to increase the numbers in your logbook. But are you actually building more muscle, or are you just getting better at moving more weight? And there’s another problem. The harder you chase those numbers, the more likely you are to compromise your execution, accumulate unnecessary wear and tear and eventually pick up an injury that forces you to take a step backwards. I’ve made this mistake plenty of times. Some of those injuries are things I still have to work around today, and I genuinely wish I’d understood what I’m about to explain much earlier in my training career. Your job in the gym isn’t to increase the weight every session. It’s to produce another high quality training performance. That means repeating your exercises with consistent execution, the same range of motion, the same standards and the appropriate intensity. Get close to failure and make the target musculature do the work. Then look at your logbook. If you’ve reached the top of your prescribed repetition range whilst maintaining your execution, you have an opportunity to increase the weight. If you’ve managed another repetition with exactly the same standard of performance, that’s progress too. But you don’t have to improve your numbers every single time you train. Sometimes you’ll match your previous performance. Sometimes you’ll lose a repetition. Sometimes a weight that felt relatively easy last week feels considerably harder this week. That’s perfectly normal. Think about your body weight. You can follow your nutrition perfectly, hit every target and still wake up heavier or lighter than expected the following morning. You wouldn’t assume your entire diet has stopped working because of one weigh in.

Britney's butt is falling. Her little buns are flat and droopy. Serious glute neglect.

Anyone who stands in front of a car to stop it should be dealt with as a kidnapper and a threat to the car’s participants’ safety; therefore, any force used - with car, weapon, or other force - used to free yourself, should be seen as self-defense.

This implies that every attractive/desirable man cheats on his wife or girlfriend. Not true. Lots of desirable men are sexually disciplined, honest and trustworthy. It's about love, honor and respect.
Replying to @currermell
Because if they did, those men are undesirable if they have a low body count. Otherwise they would have mindlessly had sex with many women, even while married.

The gym has always been there. Through every version of me. The happiest chapters. The hardest ones. The moments when life made sense, and the ones when absolutely nothing did. For over 30 years, this has been so much more than a place to build muscle. It’s where I’ve cleared my head, found my strength, worked through my emotions, and reminded myself of who I am. Some days I walk in feeling unstoppable. Other days, I’m just grateful I showed up. Life changes. People change. Circumstances change. But one thing has remained constant. I have never regretted showing up for myself. ❤️ Www.TrainwithTish.com

There was a whole team of stylists involved; not only the photographer. It's obviously the intended dramatized, highly stylized effect for that particular cover & editorial. Nobody was aiming for a standard, flattering celebrity portrait.

Juste un mauvais photographe finalement qui a abusé des retouches et dénaturé la modèle

These are ALL from the same photo shoots for that feature/cover in "The Cut"... and for the launch of her new hair care line. Same photographer, same team of stylists. I'm 99.9% certain they used lifting tape/bands for the shots where her brows are really high; stretching the skin, giving the appearance of more lid surface. They also deliberately exaggerated her asymmetric brows. Link to video and more pics from the shoot: instagram.com/p/De_9H0zEVYl/…

These two pictures of Jennifer Lawrence were taken on the same day, same place. A more fair comparison than pictures taken 10+ years apart.

This is peak parasocial internet weirdness. Mourning a change (real or imagined) in a celebrity's eyelids is unhinged.

Everyone spazzin' out in this thread. She hasn't had any facial surgeries, These are just highly stylized editorial portraits from a specific magazine photo-shoot.
