"Nyay" not uniform till the time it is so gender biased. Hindu Married men are 10th class citizens. @ankitatIIMA - would BJP manifesto promise Gender Neutral Laws, or Dharmik laws, because BNS is neither gender neutral nor Dharmik

It's really bad when the state brings in their own private laws for such a big thing.. this should not be allowed.. In the future some anti-national state government can bring in some real bad law.. One India One Country One Law
