I want to express gratitude to everyone who came to our DFL Party for St. Cloud in MPLS. We had an amazing turnout to support the DFL slate from the St. Cloud region, @AricForMN, @daisaneformn, and @zacharydorholt. I can feel the energy this election season. Can you?

Student success in the classroom requires listening to the educators and professionals who know firsthand what must change to improve outcomes in MPLS public schools. Thank you, @EducationMN. Your endorsement means so much to me, and I am proud to partner with you. 💪📚

I am extremely honored to announce that I have been endorsed by @AFSCMEMN5. A stronger Minnesota means standing with our working class neighbors to help them achieve a better life for themselves and their families—no compromises. Thank you, AFSCME, for your partnership.💚

Our youth are showing up! I have been fortunate to join with high schoolers and young adults who care deeply about their state this session. When I hear their ideas, I am reminded of the great potential for good that state government holds—and that we can lead the way.

The priorities of the administration laid bare: a billion dollars a day for endless, unprovoked wars abroad, with no intention to provide relief or programming to the hurting communities at home. Message received. "They got money for wars, but can't feed the poor." -Tupac Shakur

Trump: We can't take care of daycare. We're a big country. We're fighting wars. It's not possible for us to take care of daycare, Medicaid, Medicare, all these things.

I was fortunate to attend a @WomenWinning event some time ago. I left it KNOWING that I could run for office. Ten years later, I am proud to carry forward their endorsement as the MN State Rep in 62B. Grateful for you, WW! Advocacy orgs like yours show us what is possible. ❤️

The beginning of the 2026 MN legislative session has been busy and productive. I was happy to join this week with my old union, AFSCME to talk about the importance of protecting Civil Legal Aid for workers and residents in my district and across the state.

Today we gaveled in the 94th MN Legislature. I am proud to represent southside MPLS, and look forward to making real wins for 62B. Speaker Hortman's desk will remain a memorial throughout, a reminder of her leadership to bring care and civility to all our work at the capitol.

ICE and their scare tactics will not move us towards complacency. Southside always looks out for one another, stands up to call out injustice, and builds grassroots power — together. Join me and your neighbors this evening at precinct caucuses and bring your voice to the table.

Speaking truth to the federal overreach taking place right now is in itself an act of bravery. The attack last night against @IlhanMN is terrifying. I am proud she held her own. We must condemn attacks on elected officials, and we will not be silenced in the face of injustice.

Another resident has been murdered by ICE in Mpls. We cannot be made whole from this continued loss of life. Say his name: Alex Pretti. How many people will die at the hands of this rouge force before we wake up — as communities, elected officials, and as a nation? ICE OUT NOW.

ICE has murdered a resident in, and from, my district. I am angry, sad, and without words save these: ICE MUST GO. LEAVE MPLS. This cruel and inefficient federal immigration action is only sowing terror, sadness, and bloodshed. Please bring calm to this tragic moment.

Our community came together on Labor Day to stand up for working people. We deserve fully funded schools, healthcare and child care we can count on. Together we’re building an economy where we can thrive and where billionaires pull their weight.

Tell me why the rally with @peggyflanagan and @ewarren felt like a concert?? Everyone was energized and excited to send Peggy to DC to fight for ALL of us, not just the wealthy few.

We've lost two children with many more injured. I'm heartbroken that they would be targeted in their place of worship - what should be a safe space for all. I am praying for their families and fully committed to taking meaningful action to stop this rampant gun violence.
