Finding healthy ways to manage stress can make a meaningful difference. Children look to adults to learn how to navigate stressful situations. By recognizing and managing our own stress, we can model healthy coping strategies and create a supportive environment for our children.
Earlier this month, Dr. Nicole Letourneau connected with Dr. Arietta Slade at #WAIMH2026 in Toronto! A highlight was learning that Dr. Slade cited findings from the APrON Study multiple times in her book, highlighting APrON's contributions to infant mental health research.
