Honestly, at this point I have serious doubt when Sonic Team says “we are aware of what the fans want and we do this to their appeal” and when they release the game sure, we enjoy it, but the moment you release beta content like THIS and it shows just how different it was, and how we the fans are reacting to this with “this is so much better” comments just puts a bit of doubt they know what we like. I don’t even believe the whole “switch compatibility issue” excuse cause that seems way out of date for stuff like this ya know? Sometimes ST should just, stop self doubting idk
