Taehyung is going viral in Peru ahead of the BTS concerts for his Spanish, local slang, and food curiosity, and after he asked a fan, “Háblame de la Causa Limeña,” @‘perumuchogusto.oficial made a whole post explaining the dish using Tata. 😂💜🇵🇪 The account walked him through it: the dish goes back to pre-Hispanic Peru, when people already ate potato with ají. Yellow potato is the base, ají amarillo gives it that slightly spicy flavor, and lime pulls it together. That same potato base can be paired with chicken, tuna, seafood, and more.
