Love the fact that @amtrak changes crews at nyc so the lazy crews that only check in about food / drinks every 2.5 hours in first class can get swapped out for those who care about customer service

@Amtrak Northeast Regional standby at Providence 45 min ago bc of “signal problems.” No ETA, update 30 min ago just to reiterate no ETA and that we should consider cabs and Ubers. That kind of blocking-and-tackling error simply cannot happen on your busiest route on Thanksgiving

@Amtrak plain and simple this is a pride thing. You’re meant to be the crown jewel of what the federal government can accomplish in public transportation. Act like it. If helping folks get home for dinner with their families during a special holiday isn’t motivation enough
