A big part of truth is reading other people's energy. Does this make me feel comfortable and expansive? Or is there something about this person that makes me contract?
With discernment, we can withdraw our energy and attention from people we know are not resonating truth and benevolence. And this is when the whole game changes, because you're feeding what is wonderful and supportive.
A good life is made up of extraordinary conversations with extraordinary people and that hopefully fills your days...which is completely different from scrolling for hours and feeling absolutely doomed.
There is always a choice on where to put your focus. We are stepping into an era of high levels of knowledge that we could have never fathomed holding before. This awakening process will be an enormous brilliance that we should all aim to encapsulate as boots on the ground.
There is so much fear and anger in the collective as we move through these changes.
