@flywinair you canceled my flight last week to St Barts which left me stranded. Was told I would get a credit – even though I should get a refund since YOU canceled. But now I can’t even get that! And no response to my attempts to get in contact with you since then!

@flywinair 18 years flying to St. Barts—never an issue. This year we ignored the warnings about Winair. Big mistake. Flew SXM→SBH 3/29. It's now 3/30 and our bags are STILL missing. No updates. No accountability. Unacceptable. #StBarts #Winair #LostLuggage
