Agentic docs automation gets interesting when it has a safe write path. The Aspire example is a good pattern: agent reads the merged feature, drafts intent, a scoped handler opens the docs PR, and the SME reviews. @aspiredotdev

The Aspire team used GitHub Agentic Workflows to turn merged features into cross-repo docs PRs, with scoped permissions and SME review.
Results: 82/82 merged, with a 44.8-hour median time to merge. ✅
