I sort of think that any post-communist government in Cuba will be a kleptocracy. At least for a while, but that's up to the Cuban people. Not people who were born in the United States.

During Obama the country actually opened up, Cubans could actually make money as entrepreneurs with cabs, rentals, catering. They had to pay fees, etc. But, they were actually doing so much better and Trump killed it all first term and now this full blockade. ĞOP hurts Cuba.
