just noticing how the meteorite's core that harbors the person's spirit has the shape of a heart which makes a lot of sense

I hope that future patches will finally explain why the Fatui were the ones accused of pulling down the sky and what research they've been doing

this was heavily foreshadowed in 1.1 with unreconciled stars. leonard's constellation, implied to be associated to his soul, (“unbelievable amount of...human desire") is what led scara to realize that the stars & the sky were a “gigantic hoax, a lie”

character visions would start flashing near the meteorite shards that made up leonard’s constellation in the event. the meteorite shards also emitted elemental energy, as visions similarly do. the “certain energy” that resonated with the visions was likely a property of the soul:

🚨 STORY LEAKS/SPOILERS 🚨
Being an Allogene, ascending to Celestia and becoming a god is a lie.
Celestia is using visions to filter souls and uses these souls to sustain the false sky, which is made up by souls who had visions when they were alive.

it has been implied in-game that the lunar authorities enabled dottore to likely detect the presence of the souls maintaining the firmament:
[LEAKS?!]
dottore calling vision holders “self-inflated tools” right after mentioning their supposed chance at godhood… if celestia actually uses their souls to build the false sky, that line could be far more literal than we thought. how much did he KNOW?

jokes aside, ei might'v had a noble cause for the vhd but her method still sucked, she wanted to protect her people so bad she took desperate measures which caused more harm. i think this scenario is more interesting than just "ei being right" it adds more nuance to her character

the pain of knowing but not being able to say it outright. it's really amazing how venti is the god of freedom but is in shackles himself.
The insinuation about allogenes has been clear since the genshin webcomic!
Venti knows what happens to vision wielders and could only tell us about it in riddles because he's not allowed (the mouth of Barbatos is literally covered in lunar arcanum)
Venti knows it's all empty

Honestly I think this art is showing both Ursa and Rerir bc they both were important in his sq. This is further supported w/there actually being two different types of abyss hands here. The ones caressing Lohen are softer and have humanlike fingers, while the one grabbing his—
